Derrick Hodgson - Original work on paper
A bit of an unknown story here. We have two unique prints / paintings from Hodgson from circa 2005, both pencil signed and dated, with the MDRL stamp en verso.
The measures on both are the same:
56 x 43.5 cm
Very heavy cotton paper.
Classic Hodgson illustration style, lots of his easily recognizable characters, cool layering and patterning. It appears that there are some printed layers with many hand finished characters overlaid.
Beautiful works, both. Both are in very very good shape, no tears or bends in the paper.
